大家来看看，我的数据库出现ORA-00600，怎么办啊！

数据库是Oracle 8.17，操作系统是sun的solaris上，我几经重启过N遍了，
svrmgrl,connect internal都正常，但startup时最后出现如下错误：
ORA-00600: ??????????: [3003], [4], [1], [310168], [6351], [], [], []

监听也能起来，但数据库连不上，问过一些高手了，他们也说没办法，要找
oracle，但我们的oracle技术支持已经过期，关键是我们没备份！

看来只能自己想办法，各位，有什么好办法，谢谢了！

还有，如果重装的话，能不能把数据库的文件先拷出来，装好后再拷回去，这样
有没有可能恢复数据？具体要拷贝哪些文件呢
