有哪位遇到過17883錯誤的﹐進來討論一下---急啊~~

今天一台SQL Server 2000+SP3的主機出了故障﹐SQL Server一直沒有反應﹐后來還是重新啟動機器才得以解決。查詢錯誤日志檔得如下錯誤信息﹕
2003-08-19 09:39:53.03 server 錯誤: 17883，重要性: 1，狀態: 0
2003-08-19 09:39:53.03 server 排程器 3 似乎沒有反應。SPID 0、ECID 0、UMS 內容 0x038B3528。

查了一下Microsoft的技朮文檔﹐大意好像跟磁碟I/O﹑文件寫入有關。恰好昨天給這台主機多加了一個RAID 1的陣列﹐不知是不是由此引起??

各位有沒有什么解決的方法??

Microsoft的技朮文檔我看過了﹐但并沒有講出一個具體的解決方法﹐我也不能確定是由于昨天新加的RAID 1陣列引起。所以我想請高手指教一下﹕從哪里﹐怎么做才能找到問題??

怎么好像在Google中不能搜尋到中文的關于17883錯誤的解說呢??

英文倒是有一大把﹐也進了一個論壇發了一個貼子﹐回復的大意也是跟硬體有關()﹐好像這個問題很難解決似的﹗﹗
Well here is another update with regard to 17883 error (got thru my library), refer to this KBA http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;319892 also for information which may help you to resolve the issue.

I encourage you to review the details in the article as it is intended to clarify the health monitoring messages and necessary troubleshooting activities.

Also to resolve this issue MS Support has the latest QFE to correct the issues those are caused after SP3, so the last resort would be to contact MS SUpport to obtain the latest build to troubleshoot the issue as a whole.
