system32下的wowexec.exe是什么东东？？？

刚才突然发现进程里多了个wowexec.exe文件，对应的数值全部为0
有点莫名其妙，重启后就没出现了，查找了一下，发现在system32下
请问有谁知道那是什么东东？怎么会突然出现在进程里？？谢谢~

这个没有什么奇怪的,
装了优化大师应该就有这个东西,作用记得是桌面透明之类的,
比如你的2k系统设置成xp的桌面那样好像就会有这个进程.
