用过jk_nt_service的请进。（我已经郁闷了一天了）

我已经通过jk_nt_service -i Jakarta c:\wrapper.properties
把Jakarta添加到windows的服务中，可是为什么我启动他，他就弹出提示，大概意思是：该服务已经打开但是又自动关闭，等等。
郁闷！这到底是出什么问题了？
我把wrapper.properties贴出来：
