Oracle 分配的进程过多~
解决方法：
1. 重启后再启动
2. 或修改 oracle 的预设的进程数.

我觉得，processes进程中设置到200已经可以了。如果这样还出现刚才的问题
建议检查进程，或者程序，看是不是程序设计有问题！

除了增大process參數外，注意聯接的釋放，否則總會達到最大聯接數目的。

就是在INIT<SID>.ORA文件里把processes 修改，如：
processes = 200
重新启动数据库。
