HTTP 500 - 内部服务器错误

windows xp + sp 1及其他最新补丁，VS.net2002，在iis上运行aspx会出现HTTP 500 - 内部服务器错误。而静态页面和asp都正常。试过执行aspnet_regiis.exe -i重新注册，问题依然在。
急问是何原因，如何解决？谢谢！

go to IE menu, Tools->Internet Options->Advanced, uncheck "Show friendly HTTP error messages", and try agin, post the detailed error messages here, also check Event Viewer to see if there are any related entries

And I found the time which it shows in Log files above is different from my systme time. I did that on 2003-8-24 07:40:xx， but it was #Date: 2003-08-23 23:39:49 in Log files. Does the problem have some relation with that？Is it necessary to correct the time and how to achieve that?

datetime shouldn't be a problem, was it working before? can you check if .aspx is properly mapped to aspnet_isapi.dll in Internet Services Manager?

Sorry, I am a asp.net beginer. And I can't find the mapping information. Can you give me some more instruction about where I find the mapping information you mentioned above.
There was some thing wrong with my computer. So I reinstalled the system and vs.net. Before that, vs.net works well in my system. And just after I finished installation, that strange problem occurs. So I reinstalled all the things again, but the problem still exist. I am driven crazy by it.
