可能跟电信网络设置有关,
我记得以前都可以ping的,
就在冲击波病毒肆虐之后开始都不能ping了,
但是浏览网页等等都无问题。
我想电信网络为了减少病毒传播过程中的堵塞,
再说病毒在传播是好像会大量ping主机IP。

一般网站不大可能禁止ping本机,
问题可能在你自己的机器,是不是装了防火墙,禁止ping出去或者禁止接收ping回应?

d Out”提示信息的频率非常高,这说明对方无法接受发送过来的数据。当然这种情况下,很可能就是网络出现了故障,但并不能就因此而确定网络一定不通。因为它还有可能是其它原因造成的。 主机不在线 如果对方关机、禁用网卡或者拨掉网线,那么
