但是用户名和密码是用Config Wizard 设置的，而且不是通过JBuilder 而是通过命行来启动密码和用户名都是正确的

在WebLogic 8.1 下也是这种问题

这个原因是你的配置有问题，不是在用户名密码那里，尽管现实的错误是这样的。
