我也在准备考SCJP，尝试回答一下了。

考点是：一个CLASS中可以同时有Synchronized的方法和普通的方法，当另外一个Object获得了这个class的lock（进入Synchronized部分代码后），其他Objects仍然可以调用普通方法如本题中的public void setX(int i){ x=i;} 和 public void setY(int i){y=i;} 。

所以答案为C:
check() can return true when multiple threads call setX and setY separately. 如果分别调用SetX和SetY方法时，如
SychTest st = new SychTest();
st.SetX(1);
st.SetY(2);
System.out.println(st.check());
此时将打印出false.

不过我对C的提法也有点怀疑，因为并不需要multiple threads也能做到，但没有更好的选择，只好选C了。
