Find the process using a Dll ?

I try to Un-register VFP6RENU.DLL, but get the error "DllUnregisterServer may not be exported, or a corrupt version of VFP6RENU.DLL may be in memory. Consider using PView to detect and remove it".

I have Process Viewer in MSVS 6.0, but I didn't find how to get the process which is using that Dll. If someone knows, please help.
