在一次非法关机中，（linux）oracle 8.16启不来了，出现了
ORA-00322 olog 1 of thread 1 is not current copy
ORA-00312 online log 1 thread 1:'/oradata/oradata/asp/redo03.log'

各位大侠，该怎么办，怎么恢复阿？谢谢
