SQL Server Enterprise Manager怎么不能用啊？？

我刚刚安装了SQL Server 2000但是，我运行SQL Server Enterprise Manager的时候，里面是空空的，一个数据库也没有，我记得装上以后，应该有master,msdb,model,tempdb等库阿。。怎么没有呢？
顺便，在我的控制面板-〉管理工具-〉服务里面怎么没有MSSQLSERVER啊？让我想启动都没有办法启动。怎么回事啊？我用的是XP操作系统。
我都装了N遍了，大家来帮帮忙啊!!!
