客户给我一个在unix下的sybase11.92数据库的备份(dump出来的)，我如何才能在2000的sybase11。92下恢复数据库？

不是你的设备小了，就是数据库设置小啦，，你扩充一下再试试

任何解决不了的sybase数据库问题都可以到sybooks.sybase.com上面去找解决方法。再不行的话就只能找sybase的支持了。

所创建的数据库设备必须大于等于dump的数据库，最好大于，你再试试看。特别要关注sybase的错误日志，其中有错误号，你记下错误号到sybooks.sybase.com中去查解决方法。

谢谢了，可是我没有指定输入任何东西啊，除了备份文件名。是不是UNIX下的Sybase数据库不能恢复到NT版下啊？

恢复的时候只要指定要恢复的数据库和恢复文件的位置就可以了，不要指定或输入任何其他的东西，包括卷值，可能是你指定了卷值或者起始位置或起始卷。
