我想装一个ipb，但是数据库不能用～

如果用phpmyadmin的话～提示也是一样的～Welcome to phpMyAdmin 2.2.3

说明你的 MySQL 服务程序还没有启动咧!!!!

运行 winmysqladmin.exe
如果它的图标显示为绿色,
就表示服务正常启动了

建议你下载一个 MySQL-Front 或 MySQL Control Center
