行距没有办法设置。
把行高设置大一点，
在两行之间有一些空隙，
只能这样了。

你说的是每行和每行之间的空白距离，还是仅仅指行高

如果仅是说行高，那直接修改与PrintDBGridEh链接 的DBGridEh的rowheight属性就行了
