江湖告急！！控件过期问题

自己开发了一个控件，控件最初使用一切正常，但该自定义控件正常使用（点击）多次（大概五六十次）之后，系统弹出“mscomctl.ocx 加载 ImageList 失败，您的mscomctl.ocx版本可能已过期，确认您使用的空间版本同您的应用程序一起提供的”提示

Failed to load control 'ImageList' from mscomctl.ocx.
Your version of mscomctl.ocx may be outdated.
Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

请问是什么问题，如何解决？

可以弃掉不用ImageList控件，用API函数代替它实时画图片或图标，把相应的图片或图标存储在别的控件中。
