"NTLDR is missing" 以及“no system drive found"

出现"NTLDR is missing" 后，我重格式化c盘，format c: /s
重装XP,文件复制完毕，restart,又出现"NTLDR is missing"，
c盘底下有NTLDR $win_nt$.~bt等文件及文件夹
fdisk /status出现如下信息：
partition status type volume label Mbytes system usage
1 A NTFS 2000 32%
2 EXT DOS 4189 68%

扩展dos partiotion contains logical DOS drives:

DRV Volume label MBetys SYstem Usage
C: WIN 4189 FAT32 100%


不知道何缘故？
分区不对吗？
