系统启动跳出框框，怎么解决！

每次系统启动都要跳出一个信息，这是我从“事件察看器”“系统”里面靠下来的：
弹出应用程序: 服务控制管理器 : 在系统启动时至少有一个服务或驱动程序产生错误。详细信息，请使用事件查看器查看事件日志。（就是弹出这个）

我估计原因是这个：（也是“事件察看器”“系统”中的）：
由于下列错误，ASCTRM 服务启动失败:
系统找不到指定的文件。

可能是什么程序没装好，或者没有卸载干净，我下了两个清理注册表程序的也没弄好。

那你在服务里将ASCTRM服务的启动改成“禁用”

1。我确实装了RealPlayer刚才卸载了，重起了，无效
2。我的服务里没有ASCTRM
3。The system cannot find the file specified.可是我有这个文件。
I reinstalled windows 2k leaving the settings as they were, (I can't
think of reinstalling the whole lot....) but it won't disappear.I can't
find out which file is missing neither.It's really frustrating, I also
tried the Windows download site to get everything in the latest and
gratest version but no luck, it just won't help.And every now and then
the whole system crashes with the blue screen and some message about
ntfs.sys
是叫我到微软的网站取下载吗？

没有找到启动这个服务的文件;这个服务也没有在服务中列出来.于是我想到了注册表.很快可以找到asctrm这个服务所在的键分支.把其删除了.就不会再报错了.
为了彻底搞清楚,去英文网站查查asctrm具体是什么东东.
虽然没有找到asctrm服务的介绍内容,却看到别人对次的看法和对策.没想到人家和我想的一样.都是用同样的方法解决的.
下面是我找到的英文资料,喜欢的人可以参考一下.

1) From what I can figure out, it's a RealPlayer-related service.Do you
have it installed? If so, remove it.

2) If that doesn't fix it, go to your Services list and set the "Startup
Type" for ASCTRM service to "disabled".Does the error persist?

3) If that didn't work either, a bit of registry editing is called for.But
let's see if 1 and 2 solve your problem.

I assume you have admin rights to this PC, right?
