BDE是(BorlandDatabaseEngine)宝兰数据引擎的缩写。一、有以下两种情况请下载BDE驱动程序进行安装：1、An error occurred while attempting to initialize the Borland databse Engine ($2109).2、Not enough files handles too many open files.You may need to increase MAXFILEHANDLE Limit in IDAPI configuration File......二、使用注意事项：请先将C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\Borland Shared\\BDE的全部文件删除，然后重新安装BDE。
