1、安装中/英文两种语言支持；
2、选择英文登陆；
设置oracle用户下
export nls_lang=american_america.zhs16gbk
这样的话以英文界面安装；
3、如果要支持数据库显示中文的话，
export nls_lang="zh_CN"
