用java实现第一个soap遇到的问题

我的环境：tomcat4.0.4,Apache soap2.3.1,jdk1.4,
运行soap客户端的时候出现这样的错误：

这是什么原因？我已经部署了名称为urn:helloworld的服务了。

ps:
我在运行客户端的时候，tomcat的dos窗口出现这样的提示：
SOAP Service Manager: Unable to read 'DeployedServices.ds': assuming fresh start
