关于注册表的问题！

我目前有一个急手的问题,不知道怎么解决,请各位帮助.
问题如下:
如何读取注册表信息中的名称一项;如在注册表中有一个键值名称为aa,在它的信息中有名称、类型、数据三项，对名称一项如何读出。
