客户名的模糊查找问题！

我想实现（表t1,列a为客户名）：
1、名字的首字查找，如输入张，把姓张的都查出来
2、按拼音，如zhang,把姓张、章等的都查出来
3、模糊查找，如输入张，把名字中含"张"字的客户都查出来
