求救--启动后的蓝屏现象

我的win2000系统安装成功后运行两三次后在启动就会出现蓝屏现象,有提示为:
STOP:0X00000A5(0X0010003,0X814AA030,0X00000003,0X8147A2BC)
The ACPI BIOS in this system is not fully compliant with the ACPI specification.Please read the README.TXT for possible workarounds.You can also contact your system's,manufacturer for an updated BIOS,or visit http://www.hardware-update.com to see if a new BIOS is avaiable.

If you are unable to obtain an update BIOS or the latest supplied by your vender is not ACPI compliant,you can turn off ACPImode during text mode setup.To do this,simply press the F7 key when you are prompted to install storage drivers.The system will not notify you that teh F7 key was pressed-ti will silently disable APCI and allow you to contince your installation.
在这之后什么键都没有作用了,只能强行切断电源,重新启动后又是一样.请各位帮我想想办法!!!感谢!!!
