可以将char* 转换成time_t然后将time_t转换成COleDateTime

COleDateTime::ParseDateTime 好像可以。试试吧！

一个实现COleDateTime与CString相互转换的VC工程，VS2010可直接编译误差1毫秒

这些类型的转换在开发数据库应用时很有用，也比较齐全

在mfc ，各种数据类型之间的转换，包裹函数说明
