要真正加密又要还原要用密钥吧,要做到万无一失,密码学上好像说,如果你加密了,那么你的加密算法就应当假设被任何人都知道的,也就是说你加密以后要在破解者知道加密算法的情况下也无法得到密码。
但是个人看来,安全性并不是单靠加密算法来实现的。比方说用于网站制作,编程的漏洞,加密算法,还有服务器的配置,还有对人事管理方面的,都要做好。

密码不应该从数据库里读出来……那样会降低安全性……
可以提供修改的地址……根据问题验证用户……

实际开发中是如何解决用md5加密却又能实现发送密码的功能的?我没有这方面的经验,恳请大家赐教,自己编写总不是那么放心,太容易破了。而且我也没编写过。

MD5很安全,但不能还原。
自己写加密算法,多变换几次(位操作、多项式等),安全性也不差
