乐华建网络技术（北京）有限公司在美国硅谷的资深顾问叶凯先生（Kae Yeh）将就如何应用UML进行企业业务建模和系统建模、如何实现UML模型与程序代码的自动同步和互动以及RUP、XP（极限编程）和CMMI在软件工程中的应用等内容，结合美国软件公司的实际案例进行培训和交流。
叶凯先生在美国依阿华大学获得计算机科学硕士学位，拥有微软MCSD证书和SUN认证企业应用架构师证书，有17年的美国IT从业经验，现为EPC 美国的资深顾问。

Topic 1: (1 day)
Project Management Framework for Software Environment:
This course has been designed specifically to support software organization interested in adapting level 2 of Capability Maturity Model (CMM). It demonstrates the key elements of an effective software process.
Workshop: Studying some real cases based on RUP, understanding RUP underlying principles and applying them in practice.
Students will also learn:
• The roles and responsibility of project team members.
• How to incrementally adopt and configure the RUP with minimal risk.
Note: We will concentrate on UML modeling and not going into too detail on CMM.We will discuss and provide CMM checklist, so student can follow to moderate their outsourced projects.

Topic 2: (2 days)
Object-Oriented Analysis and Design:
Prerequisites: Basic Object-Oriented concepts, including abstraction, encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism.
This course will teach Object-Oriented design tactics and heuristics and how to utilize UML as the modeling tool.
Workshop: Using a simple example to demonstrate the method.

Topic 3: (2 days)
Model Driven Architecture:
How MDA enable developer to work with business domain at a higher level of abstraction? How does it change software development environment?
The class also discuss: Enterprise architecture, software reuse and design patterns.
Workshop: looking at some of the modeling, code generation tool for practical use.
