在xp下安装vs.net rc3英文版有错误，请帮我解决

在安装的过程中出现这样的一个错误
RegAsm-Common Language Runtime Debugging Services
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id=0xd4(212),Thread id=0x4bc(1212).
Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.
我点ok,和cancel都不行，安装都要中断。说不成功。
