PostMessage直接把消息送到对方的消息队列中等候处理，不等待，立即返回。
SendMessage直接调用对方的消息处理函数处理，并等待对方处理完了才返回控制。

The PostMessage function places (posts) a message in the message queue associated with the thread that created the specified window and returns without waiting for the thread to process the message.
The SendMessage function sends the specified message to a window or windows. It calls the window procedure for the specified window and does not return until the window procedure has processed the message.

为什么我用SendMessage发一个消息去关闭一个窗口不行，而用PostMessage却可能了!!!

PostMessage是将消息放入消息队列，然后等到本次执行完后在下一次取消息时取到这个消息再执行.SendMessage直接执行该消息的处理函数直到结束才返回,实际就是函数调用.
