分享how can run oracle in a pc without connect to network?
once my pc don't connect to newwork,then oracleTNSListener80 service can not start ? (sql plus still can run)

where is init.ora ? my oracle server don't have this file,oracle version is 8.05

my pc is windows2000 server,and oracle enterprise,i hope someone can have a smart idea to disable network adapter detect for windows2000,so the oracle listener service can start.now i must connect to a single HUB with no others computer connect.

you can install a database named personal oracle, it work on a single pc.

no, I never experience that. even your pc does not connect to network, Listener service should run properly otherwise sql-plus can not work at all.
