不一定是拒收您的信件,很都可能是你在发信的时候服务器出现故障,不能被sohu接收,所以服务器给用户一个feedback,所以建议您再次发送.

我也觉得是对方服务器的问题，建议重发。也有可能地址输错，没有这个地址也是这样通知的。

有两种可能最大。
1：SMTP服务器出错。可以通过重发的方法解决。
2：邮件过大。邮件大小超过提供信箱服务网站的要求。
