Install Oracle 8.0.5 on Win 2003 Server Error

I have installed Oracle 8.0.5 on Win 2003 Server Standard and Win XP SP1.
The instalation finished Ok, but when de system start, one errors is generated by OracleStart Service.
( STRTDB80.EXE ).

This is not occurs on Win 2000 Server and Win 2000 prof.

Any suggestions?. Thank you.

看下你的环境变量，是否有ORACLE的路径参数，
手工启动数据库试下

C:\SVRMGRL
SVRMGRL>CONNECT INTERNAL
SVRMGRL>STARTUP

怎么说也要用8i吧

8i在P4上不稳定，9i耗资源，所以采用8.0.5，好用啊。所以，谁能解决？
