关于安装Norton Internet Security 2004的问题（急急急！）

我在安装Norton Internet Security 2004过程中，出现如下错误，导致安装不成功，恳请帮我解决。谢谢。并祝大家新年愉快，阖家欢乐，万事如意！
（注：我的软件肯定是好的，因为我在另外一台机器上已成功安装）

因为你在别的机器上同样的系统安装成功，证明你的系统有问题，不同的就是你的系统安装的程序和配置和那台机器安装的程序和配置肯定不一样.
问题的原因很多，可能是某些软件冲突（对比一下两台机器），可能是有些软件没有卸载干净（找一些清理工具试试看），有一个方法绝对可以，格式化系统重新安装系统，然后接着安装Norton Internet Security 2004

c:\temp下是我的Norton Internet Security软件，不能删。我的win的temp目录在另外的地方

试下先将 c:\temp 目录下的所有文件删除！~
然后再重新安装呢？

或者进入安全模式安装看！

我的系统是win2k server ,安装用的是administrator

首先判断,2台pc在系统上有什么区别了??
