When this occurs, it is necessary to use a later version of the atl.dll file. The following versions are known to work:
ATL.DLL = 6.00.8449
ATL.DLL = 3.0.8449.0
To replace the file do the following:
Rename the current ATL.DLL file within the "C:\WinNT\System32" directory to "ATL.OLD".
Copy the correct version of the file into the "C:\WinNT\System32" directory.
