请教各位大侠一个奇怪的问题?

小弟编写的一个分布式数据库程序中利用了JDK中的RMI技术,但小弟利用
rmic ResourceManagerImpl 生成ResourceManagerImpl_Stub.class文件,但是系统提示:

D:\project\transaction>rmic ResourceManagerImpl
error: File D:\project\transaction\ResourceManagerImpl.class does not contain type ResourceManagerImpl.class as expected,but type transaction.ResourceMangerImpl.Please remove the file, or make sure it appears in the correct subdirectory of the class path.
error: Class ResourceManagerImpl not found.
2 errors.

其中小弟的工程的文件*.java和编译生成的*.class文件都在D:\project\transaction文件夹中,其中ResourceManagerImpl是transaction包中的一个类,而ResourceManagerImpl.class文件就在这个目录中,系统却说找不到,在classpath中也设置了这个目录了,小弟实在不知怎么回事,小弟试了许多次,但是都不能正确生成*_Stub.class文件,不知是怎么回事,望各位好心的大侠指点小弟一番,小弟不胜感激.谢谢!
