高手们帮忙,关于进不去server2000的问题

我用的是DELL的服务器,36G的SCIC硬盘,周一早上上班时发现服务器没有自动启动(我做的计划任务每天早上6点重启服务器,然后数据库在做备份),我就手动重启了一下。结果没起来,进入2000的欢迎界面后,就蓝屏,出现如下提示:
