你说的任务是不是指进程?

获取内存使用情况的函数:GlobalMemoryStatus()
获取进程有关的函数:EnumProcesses()、EnumProcessModules()、GetProcessTimes()、GetProcessMemoryInfo()等。在MSDN上有例子可以看。
