1.Usually the default Win32 controls draw the GUI by the OS,however,through
owner-draw technology,it is you that up to the drawing stuff,instead of
OS.
That is you could draw the Control yourself,the system would give you
neccessary information for drawing!
2.DeleteItem is only for Ownerdraw ListBox,and called by the parent window.
However,DeleteString is not!
