配置Replication Server一问！急。。。。。多谢各位！

操作系统：win2000 advanced server
数据库服务器：ASE12.5
复制服务器：Replication Server12.5

安装RS之后，配置时总是报错：“SERVER ERROR：Failed to boot server'zx_svr1'”(注：zx_svr1是我给复制服务器取的名字)

查看日志发现如下异常，各位知道这是什么原因引起的吗？多谢！
