在128M内存下，集成显卡，申请3个TBitmap *Bitmap会不会内存或者显存太小？

在我的程序中，form内有一个image,我申请3个TBitmap *Bitmap，3个bitmap都是800×600点素,在Bitmap内画上字，之后需要把Bitmap的内容拷贝到image里面，运行的时候image总是会出现突然没有字显示了，本来bitmap里面有内容，这是为什么？是不是因为内存或者显存太小？
