因条件所限，只能用英文版的windows2000或xp，但又要处理汉字，该怎么办？哪位大侠指导一下？

控制面板里面，Regional Options -> General -> Language Settings for this System里安装中文语言支持包，并设置成默认。

win_XP_X64专业版中文语言包
微软的64位XP原生只有英文版，这是从官网获取的语言包中提取出来的中文简体独立包，移除了其他多余的语言。有需要的可以尝试
