websphere常报HttpConnection.run: java.lang.IllegalStateException: no Content-Type was specified

websphere常出现如下错误：
HttpConnection.run: java.lang.IllegalStateException: no Content-Type was specified

出现错误数很多，有时websphere的java进程会点用cpu的90%以上这时访问会非常慢。

还报一个错误：
