如何得到线程的运行状态，是被挂起了，还是在正常运行？

通过Peformance Counter可以得到线程的状态(Thread state)

GetExitCodeThread可以看看线程是不是在运行还是已结束
看是不是挂起或是运行，你可以先SuspendThread,再ResumeThread这个线程看其返回值可以知道其状态

好像调用了几次SuspendThread，就要调用几次ResumeThread才能使线程被唤醒。我现在想做的是在SuspendThread和ResumeThread之前先判断一下线程的状态，再决定对线程的操作。

GetExitCodeThread
The GetExitCodeThread function retrieves the termination status of the specified thread.

Remarks
If the specified thread has not terminated, the termination status returned is STILL_ACTIVE. If the thread has terminated, the termination status returned may be one of the following:

The exit value specified in the ExitThread or TerminateThread function.
The return value from the thread function.
The exit value of the thread's process.
