DDN初上手,無法PING局端路由,請提點

ISP:電信深圳
Modem:NewBridge 2603
Router:OpenRoute GT60 2台(據說有台是壞的)
Cable Type:DTE
用戶IP:202.100.100.128-143(實際應只有14個IP可用吧)
用戶掩碼:255.255.255.240
用戶路由:202.200.200.98
局端路由:202.200.200.97
路由器掩碼:無(根據用戶路由和局端路由來看,最大可能是255.255.255.224)
注:IP的中間兩段經處理,設備比較舊,兩三年前用過後停用了,現在又要拿出來

因為沒玩過路由方面的,有很多東東不确定,判斷問題所在更難了
有幾點很迷糊：
10) 使用 PPP 還是 Frame Relay?有什麼講究
20) 用戶路由和局端路由是否需要路由器掩碼?
GT60的 qconfig 快速配置過程提示需要這個
用255.255.255.0/128/192/.../252一個個試過
打過電話,那邊不置可否,讓我用0.0.0.0試試!有點暈
後來查了些資料,好像255.255.255.255可用作 PPP 路由
以上方法都試個遍,仍 ping 不到局端路由
注:每次設置都做 restart,所有的 ping 嘗試都從 Router 發起,
并且 ping 用戶路由 202.200.200.98 是沒問題的
30) GT60在使用 qconfig 快速配置之後是否還需其它特有的配置(如 add route)

以下是 Router 配置,看不出帶寬128000(在qconfig中設置過,應沒問題)

我想,只要從 Router 能 ping 到局端路由 202.200.200.97
那麼WAN是通的,LAN 的可慢慢來看
可現在無論如何 ping 不通,有點懷疑不是我的問題

是否在 PPP 和 Frame Relay 的選擇上有誤(我只用PPP嘗試,Frame Relay 更復雜)
Modem的 Ready 指示燈常亮,DTR也亮但極少閃爍

让网管做环测试一下两端的线路是否是通的

環測試是短接1、2和3、4兩對吧
在未接Modem之前有人來做過,然後又從局端同Modem通信(可能是設置128k的工作速率),讓我只用Port A
那麼線路是正常的吧

先在路由器上ping对方的IP，如果ping不通，就让电信的网管给你打环（注：不是避孕的一种手段），在你的路由器上可以看到的。
用show int s0/0可以看到port A的状态。

又看了些資料,有人說路由掩碼是255.255.255.252
這樣是否表示每條DDN會多占用兩個公網IP(四個吧,包括全0、1)

糾正一下
從 Router 上 ping 用戶路由202.200.200.200.98是不通的
奇怪的是在 Router 啟動後的20秒內 ping 是通的
我的想法有三種
1) 啟動時 Router 在 serial 0 設置了IP ,即用戶路由,當時可以 ping 到,其後發現網絡不可用,它斃掉了這個IP(就像網卡拔掉線一樣,它是沒IP,ping 不到的),那麼是網路本身不通
2) 路由器正常啟動後默認屏蔽了 serial 0 的連接(就像 MS ISA 主機默認不能上網),需要附加設置(不知是否涉及 Filters,默認是沒有任何 Filter),當然從 Router 的職能來說,需要那麼復雜嗎,這個可能性比較小
3) Router 壞了

按照 Davelu(豆腐) 所說的
我找了一下
GT60沒有 show 命令,是 Cisco 才有吧
在它 IP Monitor 狀態下有個 test 命令
只支持極為簡單的
test device lan/wan
test interface 0/1

test device lan 返回"seccessful"
test device wan 返回"seccessful"(test device 可能表示自檢)
test interface 0 返回"seccessful"(Ethernet 是通的)
test interface 1 返回"still testing"(不知這樣說什麼意思)

昨天聯系過電信,已證實路由掩碼是255.255.255.252
他們的工程師說線路是沒問題的,測試二十分鍾沒有丟包
在他們打環測試的過程中,從 Router 上 ping 用戶路由沒問題
modem 的 DTR 指示也是常亮的

但測試之後,Router 又是老樣子
DTR 指示偶爾閃動
ping 用戶路由仍不通,更不用說局端路由
