请问高手，有没有做过siemens hicom350 pbx 用isdn pri卡连cisco 3640?(急，在线等待)

连通了，用的是primary-net5(etsi)协议，但是出现，我实现插播“7”（cisco到hongkong cisco路由号码），必须等待1秒，才能拨通对方的号码?
如拨对方"333"分机，拨“7”等一秒“333”才能拨通，不然就出现忙音?
有没有做过这种联机的高手，指点一下

这个应该是在3640上frame relay的设置吧。

拨“7”等一秒，是pbx为了插拨一个“7”（cisco到HK的路由号码），而做的（pause 1)（siemens pbx 工程师说的），他说不等一秒，插拨，cisco接受不了，必须停顿一秒，等到cisco给的拨号音，才能插拨

还有E1 IPLC是E1 unframe线路，封装ppp协议

所以怎么取消cisco给的拨号音，使pbx不停顿一秒，也能插拨“7”？
