Please recall your first assignment in the summer vacation and your imagination of the software engineering course

I thought it was just a course to introduce how to engineer programming and improve our programming skills, but in the end I found that I was wrong

Comparison with expectations ：I didn't improve my programming skills in this course. But I have greatly improved my self-study ability. In this process, I realized the process of team programming. This is a new world for me, which makes me have a new understanding of programming.

Summarize the practice and improvement of this course :

I wrote about 3000 lines of code in this course.

Each experiment took me 10h to 100h

The most impressive experiment is the Bo bing applet. I only have 3 Nights (almost full classes during the day). I have to learn CSS, HTML, JS and the basis of wechat applet development from 0. For this extremely unreasonable course arrangement, I sacrificed the study, life and rest of other courses and my health. This experiment has taught me that it is better to fight against our unfair treatment from the beginning than to accept it.

The most time was spent in the middle of the semester, occupying about 100 hours. So in the later stage, I must lower my learning standards and make time to study other subjects.

The new tools include wechat applet development kit, which can be encapsulated into cloud-function to achieve front-end and back-end separation, and use cloud database to manage the background.

A prototype development tool named 'modao' is used.

If you don't understand the whole process of development, you can't reasonably design the architecture for the team. In the process of development, we can only adjust the front and back-end staffing with the continuous development of the project. Two front-end developers always conflict when adding new controls to web pages. When two students of back-end development write the same program, the code complexity is very high. Both parties do not understand each other's function

I only hope that teachers can fully understand our professional curriculum before the course, rather than impose on us the learning tasks they can't undertake out of good wishes.

As the famous legal scholar Luo-Xiang said. The consequences of pursuing the best choice are often counterproductive.

From the perspective of students, we will divide teachers into four grades

Poor teacher: unable to teach the course content in an easy to understand way
Ordinary teacher: explain the subject according to the book
Good teacher: lead students to participate in practice and teach in an easy to understand way
Excellent teacher: care about the development of students, constantly think from the perspective of students, balance the relationship between short-term learning and long-term development for students, and help them to the best of their ability by changing teaching methods and teaching contents.

Many of my friends will devote themselves to education because they met teachers with limited ability and extreme ideas in their student years, forcing them to pursue more desired goals. Therefore, they are determined to devote themselves to education, save those who can be saved, and protect every immature dream, rather than imposing their own ideas on students by using courses and homework.

My team is very responsible. Even though each of us is very tired, we still rely on our sense of responsibility to each other and insist on development until we complete all projects. We support and help each other.
