Course plan:

I hope that I can learn how to design a progarm, moreover, how to make an application of my own and which I can run it smoothly. And I will try my best to improve my coding skills so that I can solve problems faster than I was before. I think that I may learn as a baby in this course ( lol ).

Now:

I think I met my expectations.Through self-study, I learned how to make a UI interface of wechat small program, and got acquainted with JS, HTML and other languages. At the same time, I also learned how to draw UML diagrams and express my programming ideas for others to understand.Finally, I also know how to communicate with others, cooperate well and complete tasks efficiently.

Defficiency:

Since the time is limited and we are lack of experience, some advanced functions of our miniprogram we initially plan have not been realized.

3) Which assignment impressed you most? Why?

It is definitely Alpha Sprint!!! Since alpha Sprint is a relatively heavy task, it requires seven sprint reports, report collection and summary within a week, which is very frustrating for us.Since it my first time to cooperate with teammates to develop a big project. In this process, I experienced the real multi-person development, which was very different from the previous single-person development. In the team, everyone needs to perform their own duties to ensure the continuous progress of the project, and the plan of the project is very important in software enginnering. Though I have to say it is really exhausting while I understanding the value of life, I gain a large number of expericence in the group projects, which I think can be useful in my future career.

It is about 155.45 hours, 8~12 hours per week. (If the work is heavy such as doing group project, the average time can be higher).

2. My own ‘The Mythical Man-Month’

There are two main projects in the course of soft engineering experiment, one is the bobing project of two people, one is the small program project of five people team. Therefore, it takes a lot of time for me to work on these projects.

The early work arrangement is particularly important.In this Alpha sprint, because we do not know the basic content of the design small program, and the amount of each work, our division of labor is somewhat unbalanced.

After that, we held a group meeting, discussed carefully and assigned individual tasks to achieve a balance among team members.The efficiency of the project has improved a lot.In my opinion, programming ability is important, but communication among team members is indispensable.

3. Suggestions

1️⃣ To myself

Find a way that you are interested most as soon as possible and insist your dream. Be keen on learning new knowledge.

2️⃣ To Mr. Zhang

I hope Mr.Zhang can give us enough time to complete the experiment, and I hope Mr.Zhang can teach more about how to make small programs, which is about the experiment in class.

3️⃣ To change team players

I don't want to change my teammates, because I think I and my teammates are running in very well now, and we have a good relationship and ability.

4. Team Analysis

The team development stage model consists of five stages: Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning. All five of which are necessary and insurmountable.

I think we have reached the stage of creation, which named Performing. The "LaoBa cloud note" applet we do now can be used as proof.
