This semester, I learned a lot about software engineering that I didn't know before. This is in line with the goals I set for this semester. At the same time, I also have some understanding of teamwork.

I'm not impressed with how much code I wrote in this class. There were several experiments. But judging by myself, it's probably a lot.

I was most impressed by the Alpha Sprint. Because this task gave me a clear learning plan and quantitative indicators.

I'm not sure of the exact time. But I think it must have cost a lot, because as far as I can remember, I have to hand in a new experiment every Friday.

We have learned Python, Java, Modao, Yuque, Git and so on. Of course, we also experienced the importance of team spirit from multiple team tasks.

The Mythical Man-Month

Through the practice of software development, I learned a lot of knowledge that I didn't know before. I learned that software requirements analysis is an important prerequisite. In teamwork, I learned how to get along with team members with different personalities and coordinate work. Although the front-end and back-end are independently developed, communication is essential for better coordination.

Suggestion

All I want to mention is that you can't have both the project and the exam. In addition, as we still have many LABS, the difficulty of experimental projects needs to be adjusted appropriately. For the content that we have not learned, we can understand that the teacher wants to cultivate our self-learning ability, but it also means that we need to spend more time on learning. We are less able to take on this additional time burden when there are other academic commitments.

I am very happy with the members of my group this semester and do not want to change members. But since I am not good enough myself, it is perfectly reasonable for members of the group to want to change teams.

Team analysis

There are four stages of team development, namely embryonic stage, running-in stage, specification stage and creation stage. I think our team has gone through the budding and running-in phase, and is in and will be in the running-in phase for a long time. I think we have a great team and everyone contributes.
