1. Compared with the course objectives and expectations of your first blog, "I hope to enhance the ability and employment competitiveness of computer major through practical exercise". Compared with the current learning and practice, in what aspects have you achieved your expectations and objectives, what are the deficiencies and why?
I got many experience from those labs in this semester, and these could help me a lot in the future without any doubt. Those teamworks also inspired me how to mix myself firmly into a team, that's a great step forward for me.
As for my disadvantages, I still can not be fluent enough when writing codes, so bugs and wrong logics often appeared when I constructed a system. Obviously, I need to spend plenty of time to fix these bugs. I hope I could solve this problem by writing more codes.

Which assignment impressed you most? Why?

The Bobing project. That's the first time I know how a team can mix organically and be invariably good. It is a team of two members. The communication between us were effective. We tried our best to achieve the goals. For myself, I learned how to use Modao to design the prototype of a program, mainly the UI design. That was a really fantastic memory.
How many hours have you spent on soft work practice? How many hours per week on average?
230 hours in total maybe. I approximately spend 15 hours a week to practice my coding skill.
What new software has been learned and used;
Modao, Idea, Mysql, Navicat and Weixin developer tool.
What new tools have been learned and used;
Github, CodeChina, Photoshop and some Logo design tools.
What new languages, platforms and methods have been learned and mastered;
Wxs, Java,Wechat developer platform.
Other improvements

Team work and ability of anti-pressure.

I met many problems when doing the alpha sprint, because I almost had no fundamental about related development at the very first. I was anxious in those days, for the uncertainty and confusion of developing the program. Then my teammates found that my mentality was not so stable, and they tried to inspire me and cheered me up. With their encouragement, I gradually relaxed myself and understand what I need to do.

By the way, there are two main projects in the course of soft engineering experiment, one is the bobing project of two people, one is the small program project of five people team. I understand that it does not mean that it would be less work when the number of team members increased. The benefit of workload reduction depends on the cooperation among team members, especially.

What do you want to suggest and tell the next practice, or for you at the beginning of school, for you in your freshman year, and for Mr. Zhang at the beginning of school? And expectations for future generations. In particular, do you want to change team players in the next term?

For the beginning of school, the only things I want to suggest about software is to take some time in python.

I think our team has gone through the budding and running-in phase and is going to be in the running-in phase for a long time. I think our team is full of energy and a good atmosphere and everyone is contributing.
