tornado连接不上目标机，求大佬解决

本人下载了tornado2.2并且通过license.dat配置了环境

之后tornado正常启动，操作如下

1.建立工程，创建vxworks image ,bsp选择pentium,路径如下C:\Tornado2.2\target\proj\Project

2.进入工程build vxworks

3.进行target server配置corefile and symbols文件路径C:\Tornado2.2\target\proj\Project\default\vxWorks

4.bulid bootrom,bsp为pentium

5.打开ftp配置文件路径C:\TORNADO2.2\TARGET\PROJ\PROJECT\DEFAULT,文件编译正常

6.主机vmware network配置ip地址192.168.102.1，target配置的ip地址192.168.102.88，电脑网络正常,tornado registry正常

之后就可以选择连接目标机，但是选择之后tornado未响应，弹出框license managetment eror,显示错误如下

The application is unable to obtain a license for the feature tornado2. The error is: 

     "Terminal Server remote client not allowed." 
     Error Code: (-103)

This error indicates that there is no response from the license server.  Either the license server is not running, or the license management software has not been installed on the server.  Please contact your system administrator to check if license management has been installed and that the server is running.  If the server is indeed running, please click on the <Next> button to correctly setup up your machine for license management as an end user.

之后安装了vxworks到虚拟机，启动bootrom显示no netmask specifed

操作是按照帖子来的，但是tornado连不上目标机，找了很多办法仍然无法解决，感觉是bootrom的配置有问题，但是不知道怎么解决，请教大佬
